Titanic: The Legacy

Among all the ships which sailed the seas, none is more popular than the Titanic. She has set the standards for modern trans-atlantic ocean voyages. She allowed herself to be an example for the future of sea navigation safety and this will always be her greatest contribution to the present breed of mariners and sea navigators. Her demise will always be remembered and avoided to promote a bright future for the re-emerging trans-atlantic ocean voyages.

Today, all ocean liners are already equipped with the state of the art navigational equipment that enables them to navigate through moonless nights, cold fronts and other weather obstacles unlike the Titanic. In addition, modern vessels are fitted with powerful and reversible engines specifically built for excellent manoeuvrability. All of these new breakthroughs in technology are clear evidence of man’s effort to avoid what has befallen the pride of White Star Line Company. With all this said, it is only fitting to conclude that the Titanic was and still is, “The Queen of All Ocean Liners”.
